Do I need an anti-inflammatory meal plan?

Inflammation is one of the primary contributors to many chronic diseases including obesity, cardiovascular disease, some cancers, and autoimmune diseases.  A diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods is one of the most proactive approaches you can take in the areas of health prevention.

How does it work?

This is a comprehensive meal planning and shopping platform with dietitian-curated meal plans.  You can follow the exact meal plan each week OR drag and drop in your favorite meals as desired.  The service creates your grocery list that you can read from your phone or print out before shopping.  Don't worry, you can add any additional items to your grocery list as well so you don't forget a thing!

What should I know about the meal plans?

Each week you will receive an anti-inflammatory meal plan that emphasizes whole, plant-based foods.  This is an Example Weekly Meal Plan.  Some of the specifics:

  • low glycemic- perfect for anyone with diabetes, pre-diabetes or concerned about their blood glucose
  • 1200-1400 calories- this allows you to add in 1-2 additional snacks (if needed) to boost calories to the appropriate range for you and your family members
  • 75% plants and 25% high-quality animal protein
  • Every recipe is created by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, including me, Jennifer Hunt, RDN, LD!
